Peer group clinical supervision
Facilitated small group monthly sessions. A safe space for link workers to reflect on their practice, offload, learn from each other - exchange ideas and share experiences, feel supported and connected to a wider community.

Here is what a link worker said "The supervision session is so useful and important, it helps me reflect on my practice in a safe and supported environment, i have been able to improve my practice as a result"
