Opportunities

1st ever #linkworkerday19 is 8th July 2019
A national day to showcase and celebrate social prescribing link worker positive impact. An  opportunity for fundraising to sustain relevant local projects.  Who should get involved: everyone. Social prescribing is about creativity so we encourage you to come up with your own creative ideas and start planning but watch out for our email in May for more information.

A new FREE support offer for health, care and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector leaders has been launched to provide practical help with developing the relationships needed to transform health and care systems.

NAPC Diploma in Advanced Primary Care Management

This is a one-year diploma to develop the skills and competencies for managing primary care at scale within the NHS. Develop the expertise to lead the transformation of primary care for primary care networks as set out in the NHS Long Term Plan and new GP contract

NHS England has launched a new monthly podcast focusing on Primary Care Networks.

Family Friendly Employer Awards 2019
A
pplications are now open for the best family friendly organisation in 2019 award. The closing date for entries will be Friday 20 May 2019.

There are 4 categories open for entry. The submission deadline for entries is 17:00 4 June 2019

General Practice award
NHS England is sponsoring the Primary Care Network of the Year and The Best Primary Care Network Newcomer categories. Nomination are now open. The deadline to enter is 31st May 2019.
